Barbara was married on August 4, 1973 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church to Thomas Dugan who survives.

Barbara our Mother and wife was the true definition of a matriarch. Her love as a wife, mother, and grandmother was unsurpassed and unconditional. She cherished every moment of her life, always putting everyone before herself. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren.

She enjoyed her many trips she went on with her sister and niece to the casino and her love for bingo. She always was a big winner as she was in life.

She was a mother figure to so many others. She was the mother that was always there for every class trip, band trip, always involved with any school activity. For both her children and grandchildren. Even as her children became adults she was always there and willing to do anything to help, whether lending an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. She always did whatever was needed without hesitation. She was a loving and devoted wife to our father. She was a shining light and brought joy to so many lives. She was the most selfless person.

She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. Her memory will live on forever in our hearts. So thank you Mom. Thank you for everything you have done for all of us. You were the best mother anyone could ask for and we thank God that he chose you to be our Mother. We were blessed and honored to call you Mom. We love you.

Until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of his hand.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Michael Dugan, Joyce Campbell, Brian Dugan and his wife Angel; three grandchildren Brady Campbell, Brian Dugan and Paige Dugan; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews, her extended family Michael Katinsky, Jr.; Marissa Katinsky and Domenico Stellar who considered Barbara their grandmother (Meemaw).
