Brenda S. Reidler

Brenda S. Reidler, 73, a resident of the Mt. Carmel Senior Living Community passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Geisinger-Shamokin Area Community Hospital, Coal Township.

Born in Glade Spring Virginia on December 7, 1948 she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary (Wagner) DeBoard.

She was married to Carl Robert Reidler who preceded her in death on June 3, 2020.

Brenda was a member of the Mormon Church.

She loved to cross-stich in her spare time.

Surviving are two daughters, Loretta Coutlee and her husband Larry of Aberdeen, Mississippi and Brenda Stiver of New Jersey; one son, Fred Stiver of Shamokin; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, one sister, Linda Anderson of Reading; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, David DeBoard and one sister, Mary Gilberthorpe.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. at the Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home, 40 South Market St., Mt. Carmel, Joseph J. Stutz, III Supervisor. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Annville. A viewing will be held on Tuesday morning from 8:45 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
