Carrie B. Fetterman

Carrie B. Fetterman, 55, of 234 Hemlock Lane, Elysburg passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2021 at Broad Mountain Manor Health Center in Frackville.

Born at the former Ashland State Hospital on December 18, 1966, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Lena Fay (Gauner) Fetterman.

Carrie graduated from North Schuylkill High School.

She enjoyed coloring and her favorite color was green. She also enjoyed country music, trips to Atlantic City with her caregivers from her group home and most of all she enjoyed being around people.

Surviving are one brother, Wayne Kratzer of Shamokin; nieces, Erica Kratzer and her fiancé William Kitcherman of Mt. Carmel and Sara Kratzer of Shamokin; nephew, Joshua Kratzer of Shamokin, great niece Alexa, three caregivers who were like her sisters, Rhonda Jeannie and Kathy.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Susan Kratzer.

Religious services will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Joan A. Brown officiating at the Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home, 40 South Market Street, Mt. Carmel, Joseph J. Stutz, III Supervisor. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
