Cheryl Ann Lehman

COAL TOWNSHIP — Cheryl Ann Lehman, 59, of 287 Upper Road, Excelsior, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

She was born in Shamokin, May 6, 1957, a daughter of the late Robert and Ruth (Otto) Snyder.

She was a 1976 graduate of Shamokin Area High School.

Cheryl was married Oct. 20, 1979, in Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, Shamokin, to David Lehman, who survives.

She was employed at Mount Carmel Nursing Center until she had become ill and unable to work.
Cheryl was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She truly enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, David; three sons, David Lehman, of Excelsior, Eric Lehman, of Shamokin, and Brian Lehman, of Excelsior; six grandchildren; three sisters, Roberta Long, of Excelsior, Marie Kurtz, of Shamokin, and Bernice Ebright, of North Carolina; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister and several brothers.

LEHMAN — Cheryl Ann Lehman, 59, of 287 Upper Road, Excelsior, Coal Township. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Joseph J. Stutz Inc. Funeral Home, 40 S. Market St., Mount Carmel, Joseph J. Stutz III, supervisor, with the Rev. Robert Jones officiating. A viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to the funeral home to defray the cost of services.
