Dennis G. Stoshack

Dennis G. Stoshack, 76, of 109 East Clermont Street, Marion Heights, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at the Mount Carmel Senior Living Community.

Born in Shamokin on May 21, 1947, he was the son of the late Louis and Dorothy (Quirk) Stoshack.

He was a 1965 graduate of Mount Carmel High School.

On August 9, 1975 in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, he married the former Margaret Meister who survives.

He was a retired bartender and was employed by the Marion Heights Fire Company for forty years before his retirement.

Dennis was a life member of both the Marion Heights Fire Company and the Natalie Fire Company. He enjoyed his many trips to the casinos with his brother-in-law, Ernie Swaldi.

He was a loving husband, father and proud grandfather.

Surviving in addition to his wife are one son, Dennis Stoshack and his fiancé Karlee McCollum of North Carolina; one grandchild, Townes Curtis Stochack; sister-in-law, Judy Stoshack of Shamokin; nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Frank, William and Keith Stoshack.
