Enes (Corridi) Greco, 93 formerly of Shenandoah passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, September 18, 2024 at Keystone Villa at Fleetwood, Blandon.
Born on May 24, 1931 at Rocca Massima, Italy she was a daughter of the late Luigi and Nunziata Corridi.
Prior to her retirement she was employed for forty years at the former Carrie Fashions, Shenandoah as a seamstress.

She was dedicated to the Chapel of Perpetual Adoration where she spent much of her time praying, cleaning and baking for the benefit of the Chapel. Above all else, she was devoted to her family. Enes was a loving “Nonna” and especially enjoyed the time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter. Enes taught her family that food is love and that no matter how tough life gets you get up and try again. She carried the stories and values of her heritage with pride, sharing them with everyone fortunate to know her.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband of 53 years, Francis W. “Frank” Greco on December 1, 2008; two brothers, Octavio and Anzio Corridi; brother-in-law, Amadeo Cianfoni; and her aunt and uncle, Alex and Enes Battisti of Saint Clair.
Surviving are her daughter, Enes C. Zimmerman and her husband Don of Reading; son, Michael A. Greco and his wife Ann of Kernersville, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Dr. Gia Long and her husband Justin of Allentown, Dr. Nicholas Greco of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Dominic Greco of Kernersville, North Carolina, and Chelsea Zimmerman of Scranton; one great-granddaughter, Hailey Grace Long; one sister, Flavia Cianfoni in Italy; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
