Lee H. Wesner

Lee H. Wesner, 80 of Aristes passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at his residence.

Born in Aristes on July 12, 1942, he was a son of the late Walter and Thelma (Oakum) Wesner.

He was a 1960 graduate of the former Ashland High School.

Mr. Wesner was US Army veteran having served his country from 1960 until 1963.

On September 18, 1971 he married Joanne (Lecynski) Wesner who survives.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a construction foreman for PP&L.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were four sisters and five brothers.

Surviving in addition to his wife of fifty-one years, Joanne Wesner are his son, Dr. Lee V. Wesner and his wife Lisa of Providence, Rhode Island; two grandchildren, Lila and Luke Wesner both of Providence, Rhode Island; three sisters, Shirley Klemas of Wilburton, Tina Stankavage of Ringtown, and Arlene Seedor of Shamokin; and nieces, nephews and their families.
