Lois D. Vezo

Lois D. Vezo 75, of 10 West Center Street, Mahanoy City passed away on Wednesday morning March 10, 2021.

Born in Mt. Carmel on February 24, 1946 she was the daughter of the late Theodore J. and Mary E. (Strohecker) Kramer.

She attended Mt. Carmel schools.

Lois was a member of Freedom in Christ Church of Schuylkill County.

She enjoyed coloring, puzzles and most especially the time spent with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are three sons, George Vezo of Shenandoah, Joseph Vezo of Mt. Carmel and Francis Green and his companion Amanda Mooney of Mahanoy City; four daughters, Margaret Hettler and her husband Brian of Delano, Lisa Vezo of Ashland, Lori Green and her companion John DiBlasi of Minersville and Carroll McElhenny and her husband Charles of Pottsville; nineteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; two brothers, Randy Kramer of Mt. Carmel and Bobby Kramer of Kulpmont; and one sister, Margaret Jane Vezo of Kulpmont.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her significant other Thomas Green and two brothers.

Religious services will be held on Monday, March 22nd, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the Freedom in Christ Church of Schuylkill County, 1850 First Avenue, Pottsville, PA 17901. Interment will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery, Lavelle. A visitation will be held on Monday from 11:15 am until 12:00 noon at the Church.
