Margaret Edmonds

Margaret Honicker Edmonds, 81, of Kulpmont passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born in Centralia on March 6, 1942, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Polinski) Baran.

Margaret was a retired garment factory worker.

Surviving are one son, Larry Honicker and his wife Mary of Aristes; one daughter Marietta Honicker of Kulpmont;

 granddaughter, Cassandra Honicker and her fiancé Allen Baughman of Kulpmont; and great grandson, Abel Baughman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence J. Honicker on September 13, 1978 and her second husband, Roy Edmonds on October 8, 2013; two brothers, Charles and George Baran; two sisters, Theresa Baran Linette and Ann Baran Bubernak.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Angels Church in Kulpmont with the Rev. Andew Stahmer, Pastor as the celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery Centralia. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home, 40 South Market Street, Mt. Carmel, Joseph J. Stutz III, Supervisor. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to Holy Angels Church, 855 Scott Street Kulpmont, PA 17834.
