Patricia A. Bressi

Patricia A. Bressi, 84 of 70 Wynn School Road, Elysburg, passed away on Saturday January 18, 2025.

Born in Shamokin on March 11, 1940, she was the daughter of the late John and Josephine (Swetra) Misiewicz.

Patricia attended St. Mary’s Catholic grade school in Kulpmont and graduated from Kulpmont High School.

Early on in her working career she had been employed at a local shoe factory. She then went on to work for the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare for many years before her retirement.

She is of the Catholic faith.

Surviving are two sisters, Nancy Marino of Delaware and Joan Petroski and her husband Dave of Shamokin; nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 11:00 am in Holy Angels Church, 855 Scott Street, Kulpmont with the Rev. Andrew Stahmer, Pastor as the celebrant. Interment will be private in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mt. Carmel Township. A viewing will be held on Saturday morning from 9:30 am until the time of Mass at the church. Joseph J. Stutz, Inc.
