Rose M. Weinreich

Rose M. Weinreich, 75 of 315 South Hickory St. Mt. Carmel, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016, in Buffalo, NY. Born at Shamokin State Hospital April 15, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Sajda) Falton. Rose attended McKinley Elementary School in Mt. Carmel. She is a 1950 graduate of Catholic High in Mt. Carmel. She was married to John C. Weinreich who preceded her in death in 1971. Rose was retired garment factory worker and a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Mt. Carmel. She is survived by a daughter Denise M. Bugaj and her husband Martin of Buffalo, NY; a son, John M. Weinreich, of Stroudsburg; two grandchildren, Laura Rose Bugaj, of Buffalo, NY, and Stephen Bugaj, of Norfolk, VA; a great granddaughter, Isabelle Rose; a brother, Edward Falton of Danville; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother , Michael Falton. Weinreich-Rose M. Weinreich, 75, of Shamokin and Mt. Carmel. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday July 23rd at the Church of Our Lady 47 South Market Street Mt. Carmel with the Rev. Francis Karwacki as celebrant. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery Ralpho Township. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass at the Church. Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home 40 South Market Street Mt.
