Rosemarie Ozelek

Rosemarie Ozelek, 88, a resident of Grandview Nursing Home in Danville and formerly of Wilburton, Byrnesville and Aristes passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025.

Born at the former Ashland State Hospital on August 9, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Elsie (Siemienowicz) Ozelek. 

She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish and was a member of the former St. Joseph’s Parish in Mt. Carmel.

She was educated in Conyngham Township Schools.

Surviving are one sister, Rita Reilley of Aristes; two nieces, AliceAnn Reilley of Aristes, Ritamarie Long and her husband Jeff of Lexington, NC; great nieces and nephew, Jessica Long, Haleyrae Mazur and Coty Long and great-great nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and her brother-in-law, Raymond J. Reilley. 

Services and interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Mt. Carmel Township will be private. Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home, 40 South Market Street, Mt. Carmel, Joseph J.
