Stephanie Lee Shierant

Stephanie Lee Shierant, 45 of Mount Carmel passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Geisinger Shamokin Area Community Hospital, Coal Township.

Born in Ashland on February 18, 1977, she was a daughter of Lucille (Palovick) Shierant of Den-Mar Gardens, Kulpmont and the late Richard Shierant.

She was a 1995 graduate of Mount Carmel High School.

Steph was employed as a waitress in local restaurants.

She was a member of Divine Redeemer Church, Mount Carmel.

Surviving in addition to her mother, Lucille Shierant are two sisters, Kristy Bogovich and her husband Thomas of Den-Mar Gardens, Kulpmont and Alexandra Shinskie and her husband David of Quakertown; three nieces, Lauren and Brynna Bogovich and Charlotte Shinskie; and her two beloved dogs, Ruca and Meeka.
